VIDEO 1: Most Technologically Advanced Football Boots of 2025 | Adidas F50+
Adidas just dropped the F50+, a “Halo” model packed with tech from their elite running shoes but does it live up to the hype?
Here’s what I tested and uncovered:
Lightstrike Pro soleplate = insane propulsion, poor heel lockdown
Thinner than any F50 yet - ultra barefoot feel, but unforgiving fit
Terrible pencil laces and floppy tongue bring the boot down
Performance on pitch is electric - but only if you mod it with better laces and a runner’s knot
Verdict:
One of the most fun and responsive boots I've played in… let down by some shockingly basic design oversights. A modder’s dream, a purist’s frustration.
VIDEO 2: The Wildest Football Boots of 2025 | Under Armour Shadow Elite 3
Only 1,200 pairs worldwide - the Pitch Viper edition of the Shadow Elite 3 is Under Armour’s boldest drop ever.
Inside this one:
Snakeskin-inspired TPU-coated knit upper = more lockdown, less softness
Hybrid of the Shadow 2 shape with Shadow 3 tech
One of the most aggressive soleplates on the market
Surprisingly playable on AG despite the FG-only spec
Verdict:
Lockdown is next-level. Definitely not for wide feet, but if you loved Shadow 2 and want something louder, this might be your favorite drop of the year.
